Phlebotomy Memberships, what are they?
We have 2 different Membership packages. Our Standard Membership, and our Premium Membership Package. Each package includes a number of services to help make your working life as a Phlebotomist easier and emphasise the importance of personal and professional development.
Does the Standard Package include insurance cover?
No, only the Premium Package has Insurance available (Medical Malpractice, Public Liability Insurance, Indemnity).
If I have already purchased the Standard Membership Package, can I upgrade to the Premium Package?
To Upgrade from the Standard Package to the Premium Package, please contact us info@ThePhlebotomyCentre.co.uk with your membership number and we can arrange an upgrade for you at a discounted cost.
How long does my membership last?
Each payment for a membership package activates it for 12 months, from the date of purchase or the date you wish to activate your insurance cover on the Premium Package. (You can tell us the date you wish to start on the membership form you will receive upon joining). Renewing is easy, we will send you a reminder before it expires so you don’t have to worry missing out!
How do I renew my Membership?
When your membership is coming towards the end of the 12 month period, we will send you a renewal link. All you need to do is make the payment and let us know about any updates to your personal details.
How do I cancel my Membership?
Your membership activates for 12 months, it will automatically cancel at the end of 12 months if now renewed. You can also cancel it within the 12 months however, there are no refunds available for cancelled memberships unless within the first 14 days.
How do I contact you if I need help with my CV or NHS Interview Preparation?
We like to keep things simple, please email info@ThePhlebotomyCentre.co.uk with your Membership number in the Subject, then a brief explanation of support we can help with.
If you don’t have access to email at the time, then please drop us a message from our Contact Us page, providing a contact number so that we can get in touch.
I’m not happy with something.
We take our responsibilities at The Phlebotomy Centre very seriously and like to get things right.
