Refund and Return Policy
At The Phlebotomy Centre, we strive to provide you with the best products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item purchased from our shop from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
For items purchased from our shop: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/s. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
For services booked online: In the event that you are unable to attend a course that you have booked you must first send us a request for a refund in writing (via email). We will initially look to reschedule your booking to a more convenient date. If you are unable to attend any alternative course date offered, a refund may be issued. Full refunds will be issued in the event that we receive your request in writing at least 5 days prior to your scheduled course date and you have not commenced the online module (Theory of Phlebotomy). Part refunds will be given in the event that you have commenced the online module. Refunds will not be issued if you do not arrive for your scheduled course date but me may allow a credit note on your record to use on any future course dates. Refunds are not issued in the event that a course has been rescheduled after rearranging a missed course and you have not attended the new course date.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
